Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all tuition payments for the St. John’s University Immersive VR/AI Career Academy™ and related KreditVerse programs. It explains when a refund may be requested, when tuition becomes non-refundable, how payment plans are handled, and what happens if a learner cannot attend in person.

Refund Window

Full refund within 14 calendar days, if the program has not started

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

14-Day Refund Window

Families may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided the program has not yet started.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@kreditverse.ai.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable After 14 Days

After 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, tuition becomes non-refundable.

Enrollment secures a limited seat in the program. Once reserved, that slot is removed from availability and may prevent another learner from enrolling.

Reserved cohort placement
Staffing and facility commitments
Curriculum licensing
Technology provisioning, including Meta Quest headset allocation
Administrative and onboarding costs

Because space is limited and enrollment caps are enforced, refunds are not available beyond the 14-day window.

If a Learner Cannot Attend In Person

If a learner is unable to attend the two-week on-campus immersion, tuition remains non-refundable after the 14-day window.

Tuition Status

Tuition remains non-refundable after the 14-day refund window has passed.

Remote Completion

The program may still be completed remotely through structured at-home participation.

What the Learner Still Receives

Issued Meta Quest headset 3s upon full payment completion
Full access to the immersive VR/AI curriculum
AI-supported tutoring and career simulations
Extended learning access for up to one year

4. Program Start

Once the on-campus portion has begun, tuition is non-refundable regardless of attendance.

Payment Plans

For installment plans, the following terms apply:

The 14-day refund window applies from the initial purchase date
Deposits are included within the 14-day refund window only
After 14 days, remaining balances remain due per the signed agreement

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access.

Program Cancellation by KreditVerse

If KreditVerse cancels the program for any reason, families will receive a full refund or may elect to transfer enrollment to a future session.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond KreditVerse’s control, including but not limited to public health mandates, government closures, natural disasters, or facility restrictions.

Alternative remote instructional delivery will be provided when necessary.
